Dalene is an associate lawyer who practices in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, corporate commercial and creditor-debtor actions. Dalene graduated from Thompson Rivers University law school in Kamloops in 2015, where she won several course awards for academic excellence. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2016.

Dalene articled at a boutique solicitor firm in Kelowna before choosing to move to Penticton and join Boyle and Company in late 2016. She has successfully appeared in the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia on a variety of applications including foreclosure, committeeship, and wills variation actions.

Dalene has assisted clients in complex estate administration cases including insolvent estates and contested estates.  As part of her solicitor practice, Dalene has experience in buying and selling a business, corporate governance, residential and commercial conveyancing, estate planning, estate freezes, and probate applications.

Outside of work Dalene enjoys cooking, yoga and reading. Dalene is also active in the community as a member of Junior Chamber International and is the 2018 Treasurer.
